In the evening of July 13 we got to the Hell’s canyon and set up the camp. July 14, Examining the rocks of the canyon. The upper part rocks of the canyon seemed chossy and we didn’t like much.

The down part gray high rocks of the canyon as the relief seemed a bit poor for protection. However, the rocks there are very good to add some more sport routes.
And surely the cave on the right section of the canyon is an amazing one for bouldering.

At the evening while bouldering in the cave Vadik did FA of the bouldering problem “Grendma’s teeth” V7.

On July 15, in the morning, Vadik and me did FA of a short route “Childhood” 5.7, 18+8meters.
That’s an easy 18 meters hiking route with a crack for large cams. On the top you can use a boulder lying above the slope as a natural anchor. And after your partner is on the top hike up the steep slope, get the 8 meters chimney on the right and enjoy it then to find a path leading down by the slope.

Be aware of the loose stones of the route !
DO NOT ADD ANY BOLTS OR PITONS !!!

In the afternoon we gathered the camp to set off to “Arpa” gorge climbing basalt columns.
