Everybody has fears. Braveness is not about not being afraid. Brave is the one who, in spite of all fears, goes on acting. I want you to be “all right” in spite of the fears. Fear is not an obstacle; it’s a part of you.

Falling down and height are the two things that mostly scare oneself in climbing. It does not mean that you will never be able to climb if you are afraid of both of these. Moreover, when you start doing this you will discover a magical feeling of getting over the fear.
