Up The Rocks member Andranik Miribyan free solo climbed an alpine route in Chaukhi massive of Greater Caucasus Range, Georgia.

This was during the event "Rock us in the Caucasus", held for American, Iranian and Armenian alpine club's members in Armenia and Georgia. Andranik just chose the line on the approach, with no information about the route, with no climbing and camping equipment (typical Andranik style), all he had was a 10m long piece of rope, which was used to pull the small pack up when climbing in wet and narrow chimneys.

After a cold overnight on the summit he scrambled down by the easy route.
